What to Expect as a New Member
We’re so excited to have you join the Oasis Pilates community! Here’s everything you need to know to get the most out of your experience with us:

Your First Class

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in, get settled, and meet your instructor.

Your instructor will give you a quick intro to the equipment and answer any questions you have before class begins.

What to Bring

Grip socks

A water bottle
-
Comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes that allow you to move freely

What You’ll Gain

Pilates is a full-body, low-impact workout that strengthens, tones, and improves flexibility. Whether you’re brand new or returning to your practice, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Grip Socks Are Required

For your safety and hygiene, grip socks are required for all classes. These help with stability and prevent slipping during your workout. If you don’t have a pair yet, we have some available for purchase at the studio.

Booking & Cancellations

You can book classes through the Mindbody or ClassPass App

Please remember to cancel at least 12 hours in advance if you can’t make it to avoid a $10 fee
