Welcome to Oasis Pilates Studio!

What to Expect as a New Member

We’re so excited to have you join the Oasis Pilates community! Here’s everything you need to know to get the most out of your experience with us:

Your First Class

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in, get settled, and meet your instructor.

  • Your instructor will give you a quick intro to the equipment and answer any questions you have before class begins.

What to Bring

  • Grip socks

  • A water bottle

  • Comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes that allow you to move freely

What You’ll Gain

  • Pilates is a full-body, low-impact workout that strengthens, tones, and improves flexibility. Whether you’re brand new or returning to your practice, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

  • We can’t wait to move with you!

Grip Socks Are Required

  • For your safety and hygiene, grip socks are required for all classes. These help with stability and prevent slipping during your workout. If you don’t have a pair yet, we have some available for purchase at the studio.

Booking & Cancellations

  • You can book classes through the Mindbody or ClassPass App

  • Please remember to cancel at least 12 hours in advance if you can’t make it to avoid a $10 fee
